SUMMARY
OF SAFETY ANALYSIS
'The modification does not affect normal station operation or the operation of any safety-related equipment.
DC 83-38 APPENDIX R REACTOR COOLANT COLD LEG RTD CABLE TO REMOVE Unit 2 MONITORING PANEL (RMP)
Three new dual element RTD's were installed in RCS Loops A & B respectively. This design change wired out one element of each of these RTD's to temperature indicators located on the RMP. It is part of the overall Appendix R effort to include indication for additional reactor parameters in the Cable Tray Room, above the Control Room, at the RMP. -
SUMMARY
OF SAFETY ANALYSIS The modification enhances the availability of Reactor Parameter indication in the event of a fire.
