'B' RC Loop Bypass Valve _ packing leak.

2142 Reactor shutdown.
September 15, 1985 2225 PCV-1455C (Pressurizer Power Operated Relief Valve) opened momentarily in response to a RCS pressure transient while in hot standby.
The pressure spike was a result of the failure of pressurizer spray valve PCV-1455A-to open on demand when 'C' reactor coolant pump was secured. The 'C' reactor coolant pump was subsequently started and RCS pressure was stabilized at 2235 psig using PCV-1455B.
PCV-1455A was subsequently stroked satisfactorily.
