This letter concerns unescorted access of NRC and NRC contractor employees
to your facilities for the purpose of participating in Region V's inspection
activities. Access to the site will be required for the period September 30,
1985 through October 4,1985. The Department of Energy (DOE) and Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) "Q" and
"L" clearances equal or exceed your
screening requirements.
The individuals identified in the enclosure to this letter should be provided
site specific training in radiological protection, emergency response and
security comparable to that furnished by you to regular site employees
granted similar unescorted access.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased to
discuss them with you.
