This letter forwards the NRC report of our September 9, 1985 Enforcement Conference
with you at the NRC Region I Office.
The Enforcement Conference centered around
the results of your investigation into the isolation of nine Steam Generator Pres-
sure Transmitters and the inoperability of Channel A Low Steam Generator trip
function for the Reactor Protective System.
We have received your letter dated September 13, 1985 which documents the correc-
tive actions you presented at the Enforcement Conference.
The adequacy and imple-
mentation of your corrective actions will be evaluated during future NRC inspec-
tions.
