the results of your investigation into the isolation of nine Steam Generator Pres-
sure Transmitters and the inoperability of Channel A Low Steam Generator trip
function for the Reactor Protective System.

tive actions you presented at the Enforcement Conference. The adequacy and imple-
mentation of your corrective actions will be evaluated during future NRC inspec-
