to your facility for the purpose of conducting a design inspection. The onsite phase of the visit at St. Lucie is scheduled for November 18. 1996. !

through January 10, 1997.

The Enclosure lists the NRC contractor who will be visiting your facility. ,

For this individual, who has a clearance and has completed appropriate i training, we request unescorted access to your vital and protected areas.

This letter does not supersede our previous correspondence dated October 1. ,

1996, regarding NRC personnel access: however, as indicated on the Enclosure, '

it provides identification of additional personnel who should only be 'l permitted access for the dates specified in the above paragraph, 4
