NRC PERSONNEL ACCESS - ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT (DOCKET NO. 50-335 AND 50-389)
L Gentlemen:
This letter is to provide information concerning access of NRC contractors to
'your facility for the purpose of conducting a design inspection.
The onsite phase of the visit at St. Lucie is scheduled for November 18, 1996. through January 10, 1997, i
The Enclosure lists the NRC contractors who will be visiting your facility.
For those individuals. who have a clearance and have completed appropriate i
training, we request unescorted access to your vital and protected areas.
For all others listed. we request escorted access. This does not preclude the n
granting of a' higher level of access. consistent with your approved Security l
Plan, if you so choose.
This letter does not supersede our previous correspondence dated October 1.
1996. regarding NRC personnel access; however. as indicated on the Enclosure.
it provides identification of additional personnel who should only be permitted access.for the dates specified in the above paragraph.
