MCGUIRE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN REVIEW DOCKET N05. 50-369 AND 50-370 We have completed our' review of Revision 19 of the McGuire Radiological Emergency Plan, dated January 1986.
Our review indicates that these changes to your McGuire Radiological Emergency Plan appear to meet the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(o) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
Please be reminded that 10 CFR 50.54(q) requires NRC approval of any changes to your plan which may decrease the effectiveness of the Plan, however, if your safety review indicates no difference in emergency preparedness, then changes can be made without NRC approval. In all cases, you should furnish copies of each proposed change to the.NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q). Also, any changes to the Emergency Plan Imolementing Procedures should be made in accordance.with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V.
