November 20 2100 Commenced load reduction for inspection of South Condenser Water Boxes tube leaks.

November 20 2135 Reactor power is 60%. Turbine load is 254 MWe gross.

November 20 2350 A 100% ground was noted on 4KV Bus 1C and action was initiated to locate and isolate the ground.

November 21 0450 Auxiliary Transformer "C" relayed from differential protection resulting in loss of power to Vital Bus #4.

November 21 0451 The reactor was manually tripped and an orderly plant shutdown was commenced.

November 21 0800 Entered Mode 4.

l November 21 1508 Entered Mode 5.

November 30 2400 Unit is in Mode 5, and is scheduled to remain shutdown until completion of Cycle IX Refueling.
