Subject: NRC Inspection of Palo Verde Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3
This refers to the routine construction inspection conducted by Messrs. G. H.
Hernandez and J. R. Ball of this office during the period of September 23
through November 4, 1985, of activities authorized by NRC License Number
NPF-41 and Construction Permit Numbers CPPR-142 and 143, and to the
discussions of their findings held with members of your staf f during and at
the conclusion of this inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
