Thank you for your response of November 1,- 1985, to our Notice of Violation
issus.d on October 3, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Crystal
River 3 facility under NRC License No. DPR-7?. We have evaluated your
response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will
examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future -
inspections.
With regard to your expressed view that the violations should be categorized
Lat Severity Level V, we have reviewed the circumstances and significance of
the violations within the context of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
Enforcement Policy and concluded that_ Severity Level IV categorization of the
violations-is appropriate.
