SUMMARY

MARCH 1997 i

UNIT 1 Unit 1 generated 509,088 megawatthours (MWh) (gross) electrical power during March with a capacity factor of 59.2 percent. Unit i entered Cycle 8 refueling outage on March 22,1997 at 0054 EST when the reactor was shut down and entered Mode 3. Unit I was in Mode 6 at the end of March with fuel being unloaded from the core.

UNIT 2 Unit 2 generated 868,213 megawatthours (MWh) (gross) electrical power during March with a capacity factor of 101.0 percent. Unit 2 was operating at approximately 100 percent reactor power at the end of the month.

SUMMARY

OF POWER-OPERATED RELIEF VALVES (PORVs) AND SAFETY VALVES No PORVs or safety valves were challenged in March.
