The above references provided information concerning a potential deficiency reportable pursuant to 10 CFR-50.55(e) regarding the adequacy of ASME Material Procurement Documentation at our Braidwood Station.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the corrective actions identified by Commonwealth Edison to
. address this issue are now complete.
This is considered to be a final report.

,, In summary, t)e review of the documentation for approximately 4,300 heat / lot numbers pertaining to site procured ASME materials is complete.
Approximately 2,200 items required additional documentation from the manufacturer / supplier or
- corrective action.to associated records.
Of the total heat / lot numbers, 397 required additional corrective action to bring the documentation into conformance with ASME Section III requirements.
Two heat / lot' numbers require replacement in limited applications which will be completed prior to completing the N-5 Data Reports.
Based on the review of the documentation and revisions to applicable procedures pertaining to procurement and receipt inspections, Commonwealth Edison Company considers corrective actions for this issue complete.
