In accordance with your application dated September 23, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1067 is hereby amended to authorize either the Manager of Nuclear Licensing, Safety, Accountability, and Security or the Nuclear Criticality Specialist to conduct the monthly nuclear criticality safety audits of the Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing operations. Accordingly, the date of September 23, 1985, is added to Item 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment.
