Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR)
Beaver Valley Units 1 and 2 By letters dated November 29 and December 2, 1985, you submitted the Summary Reports of Beaver Valley DCRDR. Our review of those reports is ongoing.
As part of our review of your Unit 2 DCRDR effort, we plan to conduct a site audit. The Beaver Valley Unit 2 audit has been scheduled for February 11 and 12, 1986. We will provide a proposed agenda and NPC participants list as soon as possible. We have discussed the date of this audit with Mr. Irv Eilmann of your staff, and he indicated that it is acceptable.
Mr. R. Eckenrode of NRC will work with Mr. Eilmann on additional details.
Our review of your Unit I report shows that additional information is needed.
We would like to meet with your staff to obtain the needed information (see Enclosure). We have proposed to meet at the site on February 13, 1986, and Mr. S. Sovick of your staff agreed to that date; Mr. Eckenrode will work with him on the issues to be discussed.
