Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) provided information concerning a deficiency reportable pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55(e) regarding deficiencies identified during the conduct of the Instrumentation Installation Reverification Program at our Braidwood Station.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you the corrective actions identified by Commonwealth Edison to address this issue are now complete.
This is considered to be a final report.
As previously identified under the Instrumentation Retrofit Verification (IRV) program (QCP-B32), all safety-related ASME Section III and class H instrument installation made prior to February 1984 were reinspected and reworked (as necessary).
A review of the associated documentation was done to verity these installations conform to the appropriate specification requirements.
The results of this IRV program show these installations to be acceptable.
The results of the IRV program and associated documentation are available onsite for inspection.
