CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - CRYSTAL RIVER 3 - DOCKET NO. 50-302 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Bright of your staff and Mr. V. W. Panciera of my staff on December 27, 1985, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on January 28, 1986, at 10:00 a.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss:
(1) significant failures to comply with NRC regulatory requirements in the area of licensed operator training, and (2) an event involving the breach of a vital area barrier.
A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
