APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies tor an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this license.
The proposed changes to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications seek to amend certain portions of the Safety Review Committee organization Section 6.5.2.3
(" Alternates") and Section 6.5.2.6
(" Quorum") of Appendix A to the Operating License.
The-proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are presented in Attachment I to the Application.
The Safety Evaluation is included in Attachment II.
