~ CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (Continued) d.

At least once per 18 months, during shutdown, by:

1.

Verifying that each automatic valve in the flow path actuates to its correct position on a CSAS test signal.

2.

Verifying that each sodium hydroxide addition pump starts automatically on CSAS test signal.

e.

At least once per 5 years by verifying a flow rate of at least 13 gpm through each sodium hydroxide injection path from the sodium hydroxide pump discharge to the containment spray pump discharge.
