Dear Mr. Guild:
On August 28, 1985, Commonwealth Edison filed its Sixth Partial Response to Intervenors Rorem, et al.
("Intervenors") First Set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Requests to Produce.
The Sixth Partial Response provided responses to Specific Interrogatories 58 and 59, which pose specific questions with respect to the 68 separate items of Intervenor's QA Contention, including Contention Item 14B.2.
The response to Interrogatories 58 and 59, Contention Item 14B.2 was corrected and updated in Applicant's Second Partial Response to Intervenors' Second Set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Requests to Produce filed on November 22, 1985.
Enclosed herewith is the affidavit of Thomas E. Cuaka supporting a further correction to Interrogatories 58 and 59, Contention Item 14B.2.
As fully corrected and updated, the response to Interrogatories 58 and 59, Contention Item 14B.2 now replaces in its entirety the L. K. Conctock portion of the original response to Interrogatory 49 filed in Applicant's Fifth Partial Response to Intervenors' First Set on August 14, 1985.
In addition, you should also note that Applicant's responses to Interrogatories 20, 22, 52, 54 and 55 of Intervenors' First Set were provided by counsel.
Finally, I am enclosing herewith corrected bates stamped pages 00001076-0001077 which were inadvertently omitted as attachments to the affidavit of Mr. Robert V.
Seltmann in support of, inter alia, the response to 0601220400 860115 f,
