SELTMANN I, Robert V. Seltmann, being first duly sworn, hereby depose and state as follows:
1.
I am employed by comstock Engineering Company as a Quality Assurance Manager at Braidwood Station.
2.
My business address is Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, Braceville, Illinois 60407, 3.
I have participated in the preparation of the responses to Specific Interrogatories Nos. 61 and 58 and 59 filed by Intervenors Rorem et. al.
These responses were submitted in Applicant's Fif th and Sixth Partial Responses to Intervenor's First Set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Request to Produce.
In particular, I have responsibility for the entire response to Specific Interrogatory 61 and the second, third, fourth and seventh paragraphs of that part of the response to Specific Interrogatories Nos. 58 and 59 which corresponds to Contention Item 6.B.S.

To the best of my knowledge and belief, the response to Interrogatory No. 61 as corrected below and that part of the response to Interrogatories Nos. 58 and 59 which corresponds to Contention Item 6.B.5 for which I have responsibility as corrected below, are true and correct.

a.
In the first sentence of the response to Interrogatory No.
61, insert the word "Comstock" before the words " Quality Assurance Department" and delete the word "all" before the word " contract".
b.
In the fifth sentence of the first paragraph of the response delete the word " appropriate".
c.
In the first sentence of the second paragraph of the response, delete the word "all".

In the last sentence of the second paragraph of the response, change the word " attribute" to the word " area" and delete the words "are attached" and insert the words "are found at pages 00001066-00001094".
Corrections to the information contained on pages 00001076-77 to reflect the current Comstock organizational structure are attached.

In the third paragraph of that part of the response to Interrogatories Nos. 58 and 59 which corresponds to Contention Item 6.B.5, delete the words " conducted sixteen surveillances of the 15 document stations and a 100% audit of the engineering off4ce drawings, and" from the second sentence due to lack of personal knowledge.
