We have completed a review of Revision 6 to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan submitted under your cover letter of October 8, 1985 (Ref: ANPP-33673-EEVB/GEC) and the subsequent changes to Revision 6 submitted under your cover letter of January 3, 1986 (REF: ANPP-34410-EEVB/GEC-98.07).
Our review indicates that the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
