We have received the above referenced letter which documented changes to the l
Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 Quality Assurance Program description, l
in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(f). These changes reflect a proposed reorganization at the Duquesne Light Company to accomodate the shift in activities due to the near completion of Unit 2 construction and the initia-t i
tion of the operational phase activities, such as, system turnovers and preoper-i ational tests. Region I staff has reviewed and found the proposed reorganiza-tion to be acceptable, as it did not reduce the commitments in the Quality Assurance Program previously accepted by the NRC.
