License Change Application 113 In July 1985, we verbally requested that you defer the review of License Change Application (LCA) 113 to allow us to reconsider the chant.es neces-sary to the Trojan Technical Specifications (TTS). We have subsequently determined that a revision to the TTS is appropriate. This will be accomplished by revising LCA 113. We expect to submit this revision in about 60 days.
