This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. D. Kunsemiller of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on March 6,1997, concerning a meeting requested by the NRC which is scheduled for March 21, 1997 from 12:00 p.m.,
to 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss related items on the NRC Manual Chapter 0350 restart matrix related to the resolution of technical and engineering issues and to reach a oetter understanding of your major milestones for recovery.

The location of the meeting will be at your Training Center in Room 153. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994. 59 FR 48340).
