This letter transmits the findings of the September 24 - October 27, 1985, in-

spection of the Hope Creek Generating Station by Mr. A. R. Blough. Those
findings have been discussed with Mr. A. Giardino of your staff.
As indicated in the enclosed Appendix A, this inspection identified one viola-
tion of NRC requirements.
