Description of the Problem Quality Assurance Category I distribution panelboards, as identified in Nonconfomance and Disposition Report No. D032, were installed in a mounting configuration which was not representative of the configuration used for seismic qualification by the vendor.

This problem was identified during the seismic qualification walkdown of electrical distribution panelboard EJS*PNL100A.

Analysis of Safety Imolication A seismic retesting of prototype panelboards was successfully completed and witnessed by Stone & Webster Engineers. The final test report has been issued by the vendor for Stone & Webster's approval to confirm test results data.

Therefore, the installed panelboards do not have a seismic Qualification deficiency.
