Dear Mr. Silakoski:
This will confirm your telephone conversation with Mr. J. I. McMillen on January 3, 1986.
We have reviewed your letter of December 30, 1985, as well as the enclosures, and find that in your case it will not be necessary for you to complete the additional three weeks of observation training at an operational BWR. We believe that the experience at your own facility during fuel loading and start-up testing will be more valuable to the overall training of personnel at the Perry facility.
If you have any additional questions concerning this matter, please contact Mr. J. I. McMillen of my staff.
