uncertified welder
- had been welding seismic hangers, used to support the
,O D sprinkler system in Unit 2; and that a Grinnell welder had permitted him to use his welding stentil number to identify the welds.
Preliminary inquiry into this allegation, on July 18-20, indicates that a femal investigation should be conducted.
