This is in response to your letter of July 2,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), records relating to the waste disposal practices of the Dow Chemical Company of Midland, Michigan.
Our staff has informed us that much of the information subject to this request has already been sent to the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in response to your earlier requests, F01A-85-256,85-258, 85-259, and 85-261.
