Maintenance was completed at 0400 hours0.00463 days <br />0.111 hours <br />6.613757e-4 weeks <br />1.522e-4 months <br /> t on October 2 and power level was subsequently increased. l The repairs made failed to resolve the problem and  ;

following a pump performance evaluation, power level was again reduced at 0045 hours5.208333e-4 days <br />0.0125 hours <br />7.440476e-5 weeks <br />1.71225e-5 months <br /> on October 3 and a complete overhaul was begun on the Condensate Pump.

October 5 The Station continued to operate at a reduced power through level of approximately 42% as overhaul work continued October 11 on Cor.densate Pump (CN-P-1A).

1 October 13 The Station was in Operational Mode 1 with reactor power through at a nominal 100 percent. Reactor Coolant System was October 24 at a normal operating pressure and temperature.

October 25 At 1149 hours0.0133 days <br />0.319 hours <br />0.0019 weeks <br />4.371945e-4 months <br /> on October 25, a reactor trip occurred l through due to a Reactor Coolant System flow transmitter spike.

October 26 The reactor was taken critical at 0155 hours0.00179 days <br />0.0431 hours <br />2.562831e-4 weeks <br />5.89775e-5 months <br /> on the 26th and the Unit was synched to the grid at 0529 hours0.00612 days <br />0.147 hours <br />8.746693e-4 weeks <br />2.012845e-4 months <br />.
