hhrch 6, 1981 An amendment is hereby requested which will allow us to upgrade our existing Pu-Be sources with other sources, which are presently in our posession, but which are unlicensed because they still'are under the aus-pices of DOE.

The sources which are presently on our license would be declared excess and be sent to Oak Ridge under the Decontamination Plan for the CEER facilities.

The requested amendment would replace 3 sources of 16 grams Pu each (total 48 g) with 2 sources, one of 63.95 g, the other of 111.96 g, des-j criptions of which are attached.
