Modification No. 3 to Interagency Agreement No. NRC-05-84-153 Effective November 29, 1983, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Connission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) entered into an agreement for a project entitled "Use of the TVA Reactor Simulator Facilities at Chattanooga, Tennessee for Training at the Brown's Ferry, Sequoyah, and Bellefonte Simulators."

Accordingly, the parties hereby mutually agree to add a new paragraph to the terms of this Interagency Agreement to read as follows:

II. Scope of Work "L. NRC may, from time to time, desire the use of certain TVA equipment TVA may consent to such use upon appropriate tenns and conditions. In each case, the details of the arrangement will be approved in advance by the Contracting Officer."

The parties have heretofore agreed upon the use by NRC of a Hartsville Model designed and built by TVA. The terms and conditions, as set forth in Attachment A of TVA's May 31, 1985 proposal entitled, " Property Lease Agreement No. 858V9-420619," is hereby accepted. The total amount of the above-mentioned Lease Agreement is $5,145.00, which will be reimbursed from funds currently obligated under this Interagency Agreement. Transportation

' costs will be reimbursed directly by NRC to the Armstrong Transfer and Storage Company under Government Bill's of Lading (GBL) No. S-8202402, in the amount of $877.20 and No. S-8202403 in the amount of $1,723.40 (copies of GBL's attached).

The combined total of the GBL's is not to exceed $2,599.69. The move is scheduled for September 4, 5 and 6,1985. These funds will also be reimbursed from funds currently obligated under the above-numbered Interagency Agreement.
