i By a letter dated May 17,1985, (Reference 1), the DLC proposed a safety-related instrument tubing program. Subsequently, the DLC proposed a number of revisions to the instrument tubing program via a letter dated July 31, 1985 (Reference 2).

These revisions are identified in Reference 2 which includes in Attachments 1 through 4 an updated version of the program. The staff finds the proposed revisions to the safety-related instrument tubing program as identified in reference 2, acceptable. Compliance with these requirements provides a quality level that is commensurate with the importance of the safety functions of the attached fluid systems.
