Subject: Correction to Inspection Report No. 50-423/85-22
This refers to our Inspection Report 50-423/85-22, dated August 13, 1985, which
documented the results of the Nondestructive Examination inspection performed
at Millstone, Unit 3 on May 20 - June 14,1985.
On review of the report subsequent to its issuance, we have identified the need
for a correction to the text describing the preservice ultrasonic examinations
of reactor coolant system piping welds.
Therefore, enclosed is a corrected
copy of page 9 of the subject report.
