Thank you for your rcsponse of July 26, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued
on June 28, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We
have evaluated your response to violations
369/85-06-01,
369/85-06-02,
369/85-06-03, 370/85-06-01 and 370/85-06-02, and found that they meet the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.
With respect to violation 369/85-06-04 and 370/85-06-03, we are evaluating your
response and will advise you of our decision at a later date.
