Safety Parameter Display System
Dear Sir:
Reference (b) submitted the staff's evaluation of the Yankee Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS). This evaluation concluded that continued implamentation of our SPDS program was acceptable provided that certain concerns were addressed. Our response to the staff's Questions 1-4 is contained in Reference (c).
This letter provides our response to the remaining Questions 5-10 in Reference (b).
Attachment (A) is a letter from Technology For Energy Corporation to Yankee providing answers to Questions 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.
Attachment (B), containing two reports, answers Question 9.
