CMiles, OPA CGrimes VJensen AWang Re: Haddam Neck Plant The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 67 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddan Neck Plant. This amendment is in response to your application dated May 31, 1984.
This amendnent modifies the Technical Specifications to change the discharge pressure requirements for ECCS periodic firy testing to reflect true pump performance with allowance for FCCS pump degradation due to normal wear.
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Deternination and Opportunity for Hearing related to the requested action was published in the Federal Register on July 12, 1984 (49 FR 28484). No ccrrents or requests for hearing were received.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. This action will appear in the Conmission's biweekly notice publication in the _ Federal Renister.
