Dear M.'. Beard:
Encicted is the final report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) discussing their evaluation of the October 16, 1996, full participation plume exposure pathway exercise for the Crystal River Nuclear Plant.
No Deficiencies were identified.
However, one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) was identified. A detailed description of the ARCA is included in the enclosed FEMA exercise report.
We encourage your cooperation with State and local agencies undertaking corrective actions for the ARCA before the next biennial exercise.
