He have conpleted our review of Revision 1 (dated June 20,1985) to the "Dublic Service Electric and Gas Comoany, Hope Creek Generating Station, Physical Security Plan for the Proteuion of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance," submitted by your letter dated July 3,1935. Based on our evaluation, we have determined that the Plan neets the requirenents of 10 CFR 73.57 for fixed site and in-transit protection of soecial nuclear material of low stra-tegic significance.
Accordingly, your Plan as identified above is approved and must be fully imple-mented, including chances made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 70.32(e),
by the date of fuel receipt.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of July 3,1985, contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
