The situation the UCI library is very bad and it is almost impossible to do research on the old hard copy ar at the same time work with the new microfisch. I have sent a letter to Teresa about ref, Ar, the collectica.
In the me.: time, this document is the one that needs our most urgent attention and we need

one good hard copy.
The library also needs a hard copy of this critical report even though it has the microfisch.
