Subject:
RII-95-A-0026 l
l Bruno, Subject allegation pertains to alleger Gary PHIPPS, found l by DOL W&H Div. to have been discriminated against by FP&L, St.
Lucie NP management. " Chilling Effect" letter went out to FP&L 10/6/95 with 30 day response required. It's my understanding l that you/your section are among the first to see licensee l
responses to such letters. I anticipate formal interview of PHIPPS, ASAP, but in order to (possibly) preclude interviewing him twice, I am very interested in reviewing the licensee's I rendition of events. It would be more efficient to afford PHIPPS l the opportunity to try to refute the licensee's assertions when I l interview him the first time.
l l Ergo, I would appreciate if you/your office could let me know when the licensee response to Mr. Ebneter's letter is received or, if the licensee requests an extension to the 30 day response requirement (if they're allowed to do that?). Appreciate your help... Jim D.
