Last night I had a telephone conversation with the alleger in this matter. He advised that he has been in the process of detailing his allegation, in writing, and will forward the documentation per your request, probably within the-next 10 days. <
Apparently he also intends to use the same document as the basis I for his DOL ERA 211 Complaint. I told him that I would like to see the documentation, which he said would also include a chronology of events, prior to formally interviewing him. To save the alleger extra duplication / mailing expenses, I advised him to send one copy of the allegation information to you per your prior request.
In order to expedite OI interview of the alleger, please notify me as soon as his documentation is received at RII.
