BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public in and for Somervell County, Texas, on this day personally appeared LEE E.
HANCOCK, who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
My name is Lee E. Hancock.
I am presently employed by Synchro Con-struction Company and my current address is 4901 Richmond Avenue, Suite 227, Houston, Texas 77027.
I generally recall that Management Analysis Company ("MAC") repre-sentatives were on site at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Project in 1978 but I do not recall any specifics of their work.' I may have been interviewed by MAC but I am not sure. In May,1978, I was Projects Control Manager for Brown & Root at Comanche Peak Steam El,tric Station.
I never received a copy of the MAC report and do not recall ever having read it. I was not aware that in July of 1980, the Intervenor in the Comanche Peak licensing proceedings, CASE, requested the discovery of evaluations, studies, and audits at Comanche Peak.
I did not participate in any discussions regarding whether a report prepared by MAC as a result of its review should or should not be produced in response to any discovery requests.
I became aware of the MAC report around May or June,1985 from mention of the report being made while I was at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station site in connection with work I was doing for TUGCO.
