My name is Peter Foscolo. I am employed by Carolina Power and Light Company at the Brunswi';x Steam Electric Plant, P. O. Box 11060, Southport, North Carolina 28461. -My telephone number is 919/457-3605. My current position is Manager of Construction Operations / Manager of Recirculation Pipe Change-out. I held this same position on December 31, 1984. I reside at 4101 Redbird Road, Wilmington, North Carolina 28403. My home telephone number is 919/791-6440.

In 1978, I was Chief Project kngineer for Brown & Root.

While I recall that Management Analysis Company ("MAC") representatives j were on site at Comanche Peak in 1978, I do not remember being interviewed by MAC. I am not aware that MAC issued a report in connection with their review. I j' did not receive a copy of their report, have not read the report, was not aware that in July of 1980, CASE requested discovery of evaluations, studies, or audits that had been conducted at Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, and did not participate in any discussions regarding whether the MAC report should be l

produced in response to CASE's discovery requests.
