CLARKE, who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
My name is 3c P. Clarke. I am presently employed by Ebasco Services, Inc. In Bay City, Texas and my telephone number is 512/972-8199.
In 1978, I was employed at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station site in the positlon of Senior QC Engineer, being employed by Brown & Root.
As of December 31, 1984, I was employed by Brown & Root at Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station as Administrative Supervisor of the Paper Flow Group.
I recall being interviewed by Management Analysis Company ("MAC") in p
connection with their management quality assurance review of Comanche Peak in 1978. I was aware that MAC had issued a report and I received and read a copy of same. I used the copy to respond to the MAC findings and discarded the copy I had.
I believe that I attended an exit critique meeting.
I had no involvement whatever in responding to requests for discovery in the licensing proceedings. While I was aware generally of discovery requests by CASE, the Intervenor in the licensing proceeding, I had no knowledge of the details of what was requested. I was not in the quality assurance program at Comanche Peak in 1980 and my involvement was therefore zero.
I did not participate in any discussions regarding whether the MAC report should be produced in response to the CASE discovery requests.
