This letter canfirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. Kelley of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on January 16, 1997, concerning a meeting requested by the NRC which is scheduled for February 12. 1997, from 12:00 p.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the items included on l
the NRC Manual Chapter 0350 restart matrix.
We reauest that at the meeting you discuss the development of the safety system time lines, your progress in l
determining extent of condition, and the measurements used to assess the effectiveness of your corrective action program with the results observed to date.
We also request that you discuss your plan for completing major milestones.
The location of the meeting will be at your Site Administration Building.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public:
Final Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994. 59 FR 48340).
