Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) Revision J
As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.f.4, a revision to the COLR for Oyster Creek Cycle i
16 operation is attached for NRC staffinformation.
This COLR revision (Revision 7) contains a change to the minimum critical power ratio operating limit from 1.51 to 1.53 based on the turbine trip without bypan transient evaluated in the reload core design for Cycle 16. Core operating limits for Cycle 16 are based on a revised safety limit 1
minimum critical power ratio of 1.09. A SLMCPR of 1.07, however, remains valid until mid-cycle.
