SUBJECT: SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PERFORMANCE (SALP); NRC INSPECTION
REPORT 50-285/85-07
Gentlemen:
This refers to the evaluation conducted on April 16, 1985, for the Fort
Calhoun Station, and to your response letter of June 11, 1985.
Your written comments have been reviewed by my staff. The proposed actions
are considered responsive to the concerns addressed in the SALP report.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and enclosure
will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required. Your actions in response to the NRC
Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance will be reviewed during our
ongoing and future inspections.
