This concerns Advanced Medical Systems, Inc. (AMS), a company authorized to

possess radioactive material at its facilities in Cleveland and Geneva, Ohio, pursuant to NRC Byproduct Material License No. 34-19089-01.

As you know, there has and continues to be qonsiderable interest in the past and present operations conducted at the licensee's London Road, Cleveland, 1 Ohio facility. Consequently, several individuals and entities outside the NRC have requested NRC inspection reports and copies of other correspondence J issued to this licensee.

In an effort to minimize the impact of future requests on our staff, we have i established an external distribution list for Advanced Medical System

As you know, there has and continues to be considerable interest in the past and present cperations conducted at the licensee's London Road, Cleveland, Ohio facility. Consequently, several individuals and entities outside the NRC have requested NRC inspection reports and copies of other correspondence issued to this licensee.

In an effort to minimize the impact of future requests on our staff, we have

( established an external distribution list for Advanced Medical System

. correspondence issued by our office. The distribution list is enclosed for your information.

To establish a baseline of recent correspondence, also enclosed are all NRC Region III documents issued to AMS since November 1,1994, including the last three NRC inspection reports issued to AMS and a related document issued to the City of Cleveland, Department of Public Health.
