CRYSTAL RIVER OPERATOR AND SENIOR OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATIONS
.This letter confirms the arrangements. made in a telephone conversation on October 28, 1985, between Mr. Sandy Lawyer of this office, and Mr. M. Penovich, 1
Nuclear Operator Training Supervisor, concerning the requalification examination l
schedule and the designation of examinees.
The eight individuals identified in the enclosure will be administered a written requalification examination by the NRC on November 18, 1985.
One of-these individuals will also be administered an oral requalification examination during the week of Nove.nber 18, 1985.
In order for us to meet the above schedule, it will be necessary for the facility to furnish additional reference material updating procedures and lesson plans by Novenber 1,1985. Mr Penovich has been advised of our reference material require-ments.
